Do paid plans include a backlink to my website?
Yes. Pro and Premium include a prominent link to your business website to help visitors reach you. Paid links are identified as sponsored. A paid profile does not guarantee search rankings, enquiries or a verification badge. Existing website links on free profiles remain available.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Apply for a free listing now and contact us when you want a fuller profile. Existing businesses can request an upgrade without submitting a duplicate listing.
Does choosing a paid plan charge me?
No. Selecting Pro or Premium tells us what you’re interested in. We discuss the package and payment arrangements with you before starting paid work.
Is Premium placement an independent recommendation?
No. Premium placement is paid advertising and is labelled accordingly. It does not establish professional credentials or make a business the best choice for every client.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Contact our team to request a change. Before payment, we confirm when changes take effect and the billing and cancellation terms. A paid upgrade is optional; you can retain a basic listing.
